The Spa Ritual ‘Magic’ is an emotional and physical relief, especially after a hard day’s work or sports training. The session begins with a body scrub. The masseur works through the skin with active massaging movements to gently and effectively remove dead skin cells and prepare you for the sauna procedure. The cedar barrel sauna lasts 20-30 minutes, but in terms of efficiency it matches an hour-long active session in a regular sauna. The herbal steam mixed with essential oils, effectively opens and cleanses the pores of impurities and accumulated toxins.Warming the body contributes to the treatment of many diseases, helps restore the nervous system and strengthens the body’s defence forces. The next stage of the programme is a massage, which lasts 60 minutes, to help relieve stress and fatigue and restore strength.
